Pack of bacon | 2 cans cream of mushroom |
4 cans of green beans (or fresh ones) | 1 cup heavy cream |
5.2 oz Boursin cheese | 1 packet onion soup mix |
1 yellow onion | Tony's |
Onion powder | Salt |
Garlic powder | Pepper |
Pre-heat oven to 350°F
Chop the bacon and cook it. Drain the grease.
Add the beans and cans of cream of mushroom. Stir in the heavy cream, onion soup mix, and the Boursin cheese. Mix well and stir occasionally.
While that's cooking, cup up the onions and add onions to a bowl of heavy cream or milk to soak.
Fix up a bowl of flour and season it to your liking, and add onions to coat them in the flour.
Fry them in a separate pan until golden brown.
Pour the green bean mixture to a pan and stick in the oven for 20 minutes.
Top with the onions and serve.
