Stuffed Pepper Soup

2 lbs ground beef (use chorizo)
½ cup uncooked rice (cook it halfway)
1 tbsp chopped onion2 tsp beef bouillon
3 chopped green peppers2 tsp salt
2 quarts water (use less)¼ brown sugar
28 oz diced tomatoes1 tsp pepper
29 oz tomato sauce½ tsp garlic pepper

In a Dutch oven or stockpot, brown beef, onion, and peppers.

Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
